Love Rowing Breakfast

PJT Partners hosted the inaugural Love Rowing Breakfast on Thursday 6th March 2025. An opportunity for interested organisations and individuals to find out more about Love Rowing.

The theme of the breakfast was ‘Exceeding Expectations‘ and we believe the event certainly achieved that.

Louise Kingsley, British Rowing Performance Director delivered a powerful talk about exceeding expectations in Paris. Learning lessons from previous Games and leading the whole team on a journey of improvement and success.

Paralympic Gold Medalist Ben Pritchard enlightened the room with his journey to gold medal success in Paris. Highlighting the power of rowing in rehabilitation, but also highlighting the importance of Love Rowing to improve inclusion and accessibility in the sport.

Rebecca Gibson, Love Rowing’s Foundation Director along with project representatives and beneficiaries showcased how projects developed and funded by Love Rowing are exceeding expectations in creating equal access to the sport and changing lives. Kate Lindgren from Peterborough City Rowing Club was overcome with emotion during the presentation stating the impact of Row the Rhythm, which has now been replicated in 3 more sites across the UK.

Kate said “I am now not the only blind rower, more people can now experience the feeling of freedom that I enjoy on the water”
