Sport in Mind, a charity founded in Reading, Berkshire 13 years ago and now operating across the south of England, provides sports and physical activity opportunities for people with mental health problems. Goring Gap Boat Club are organising a day of water activities run by volunteer club members including rowing in the Charles Stanley boats, canoeing and paddle boarding. The inaugural event last year was very popular and many Sport in Mind participants enjoyed the chance to take part in water activities they had never tried before.
