With very special readers; Ben Gallagher (fresh from his astonishing challenge in the Big Row Hike Row), Olympians Becky Wilde and Jack Dawson, Richard Phelps and Cath Bishop to name a few plus British Rowing’s Director of Performance, Louise Kingsley.
